What's SeneGence International all about?
SeneGence International, an American MLM company, specializes in beauty products.
SeneGence is named after "Senescence", which refers to the process of aging, and "Intelligence", which refers to the ability to acquire and use knowledge.
Joni Rods Kante: Who's she?
She is the founder and CEO of the company.
Joni was first introduced to MLM and direct sales by Mary Kay distributors.
It is believed she rose quickly to the top of her industry as a distributor.
She envisioned her cosmetics company that would sell high-quality products and provide distributors with a generous compensation structure.
Joni met someone who knew a chemist and was making a lip color called Ultralux in 1998.
Ultralux was the product Joni desired.
Joni visited a chemist several month later. Joni loved the lip color and agreed to do business with him immediately.
Joni began selling Ultralux from her home. SeneGence was founded exactly one year after she raised funds. Lipsense is now a product line of SeneGence.
This was later extended to skincare, antiaging, personal care, and more.
Joni also authored the book "Million Dollar lips: A Journey into The Hearts and Minds of Women in Business".

SeneGence International Products & Prices
SeneGence International develops and sells cosmetics that fall within the six categories.
SeneGence claims that its products are:
- Avoid animal products
- Made with naturally occurring ingredients
- Use FDA-approved ingredients
- Are cGMP-made
- Made in the USA for tight quality control
- The majority of products are GMO-free or gluten-free.
- It does not contain lead or wax
SeneGence is most famous for its LipSense Liquid Lip Colour.
This is also their first product.
SeneGence claims LipSense has many benefits that lipsticks aren't, including:

LipSense seems to provide all of the benefits that they claim, despite a few YouTube reviews.
LipSense was "stickier than regular lipstick", which was a common problem.
LipSense is $25 for 0.25 oz.
According to most reviews, LipSense can be a good investment.

SeneGence Distributor Compensation Program
Multi-level marketing companies have complex compensation plans. This seems like something a rocket scientist would be able to understand, even the first paragraph.
SeneGence has almost the same compensation plan.
I will make it as simple as possible.
SeneGence offers five ways to pay its members
- Retail Profits (Product Sales)
- Bonus Downline Commission
- Group Sales Volume Bonus
- Incentive trips
- SeneCar
1. Retail Profits
SeneGence Distributors may be able to buy their products wholesale at a lower price and then sell them retail at a higher price.
Retail Profit is the amount you receive for the difference in wholesale price and retail price.
The total PV that you have generated during a given month determines the wholesale discount you will receive.
- 20% Discount on 0-99.5 PV
- 30 % Discount on 100-299.5 PV
- 30% Discount on 300-749.5 PV
- 50% Discount on 750+ PV
PV = Point Value = 1/2 of the retail value for a product.
2. Bonus Downline Commission
A percentage of what your first 100 PV Distributors produce in a month from the uni-level structures is available.
- 1st line = Distributors personally recruited
- 2nd line = Recruits from your 1st Line Distributors
- 3rd line = Recruits from your 2nd line Distributors
- And so on
To be eligible for the Downline bonus, you must have placed at least 100 PV in products during the same month.
You will receive:
- 10% PV for your first line
- 20% PV for your second line
- 30% off the PV for your third line
To receive the Downline Bonus Commission via the fourth line, you must meet the following conditions:
- A 200 PV order can be placed in the same month.
- Minimum 5 Distributors from your 1st Line have placed at least 100+ PV Orders each
- The first 3 lines of should generate at most 10.000 PV
The fourth line receives 5% of the total PV.
To receive the Downline Bonus Commission Bonus via the fifth or final line, you must meet the following conditions:
- Order 200 PV products within the same month.
- Minimum five Distributors must be chosen from your 1st line, each with at most 100 PV orders.
- Create at least 15.000 PV from your three first lines.
The fifth line will receive 5%.
It is important to note that the Downline Commission Bonus gives you a portion of the first 100 PV Distributors to contribute monthly to your downline’s revenue.
PVs not earned are compensated by the Group Volume Bonus.
3. Group Sales Volume Bonus
You can receive a percentage off-net PV for every 100 PV distributors that you downline produce in a given month with the Group Sales Volume Bonus. This bonus is available at uni-level as well as up to 5 levels.
The criteria for earning the Group Sales Volume Bonus at each level are listed below.
1st Line- 10% of PV:
- Orders for 100 PV can be placed during a calendar year.
2nd Line- 6% of PV:
- Orders for 300 PV must be placed in a calendar month.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 1st line with a minimum of 300+ PV orders.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 2nd Line with a 300+ PV Order.
3rd Line- 4% of PV
- Orders for 300 PV must be placed in a calendar month.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 1st line with a minimum of 300+ PV Order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 2nd Line with a 300+ PV Order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 3rd line with a minimum 300+ PV Order.
4th Line- 3% of PV
- Orders for 300 PV must be placed in a calendar month.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 1st line with a minimum 300+ PV Order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 2nd Line with a 300+ PV Order.
- At least five Distributors must be on your 3rd line with a minimum 300+ PV order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 4th Line with a minimum of 300+ PV Orders.
5th Line- 22% of PV
- Orders for 300 PV must be placed within a given calendar month
- At least five Distributors should be on your 1st line with a minimum 300+ PV order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 2nd Line with a 300+ PV Order.
- At least five Distributors must be on your 3rd line with a minimum 300+ PV order.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 4th Line with a minimum of 300+ PV Orders.
- At least five Distributors should be on your 5th Line with a 300+ PV Order.
4. Incentive trips
SeneGence organizes worldwide promotion tours, contests, and conferences every year for its distributors.
Every year, SeneGence announces eligibility criteria.
5. SeneCar
SeneGence will pay up to 100% of your new car lease installments. This will depend on the vehicle model you choose and your performance.
How do I join SeneGence?
First, you must register as a distributor of SeneGence and pay $55 through their website.
This includes your marketing tools. Their products are not included in the registration fee.
SeneGence Distributors get discounts of 20% to 50% off their retail prices
As part of your compensation plan, you may be eligible for commissions, bonuses, and other benefits. For example, a car allowance.
Before you can sell, you must first get a distributor package.
