When Grant Cardone became a millionaire, how old was he?
Grant Cardone was a drug-addict and debt-laden man before he started five businesses and made a multimillion-dollar fortune.
It was his mother's guidance that finally helped him get out of this hole.
My mother, a self-made millionaire on CNBC, said to me that her best advice was "The best advice I have ever received from my mom." She wasn't in business. She was never in business.
Cardone was 25 and struggled to hold down his job as an auto dealer employee.
In his book, "Be Obsessed Or Be Average", he writes about his younger self: "Even though it was terrible, I decided that I would try my best to make the job a success. "
He was eating breakfast while he listened to self-improvement audios and watched sales training videos. He was the first one to arrive, and the last to leave.
He wrote, "I made an agreement to learn all I could about selling" and "I spent almost seven hundred hours the first year to improve my sales skills.
Cardone saw his work pay off. Cardone earned $3,000 to $6,000 per months in commissions.
I can still remember the $3,000 leap. It changed my perception of myself and how I see my potential.
The budding entrepreneur was already worth his first billion dollars at the age of 30.
His mother still advises him today at 62.
When I go to conferences or read books, I always leave with something that I cannot take away from anyone. My improvement cannot be taxed by the government.
Selling and being sold: How you can make your way in life and business (full review)?
Selling is about getting someone to do what you want. Many people think of selling as the sale or purchase of money.
They are correct in this assumption. They are correct in their assumption.
Selling is about more than the experience of purchasing products. Selling has another dimension. You can sell ideas such as simplicity, comfort, luxury, and simplicity.
These are my thoughts...
Selling doesn't just involve selling physical products for money.
Selling and buying ideas. Ideas like:
These ideas are easy to sell, just like a new house or car.
Car insurance is purchased to provide you with peace of mind.
Remember that you are not buying insurance for your vehicle. When you go to an insurance agent to buy insurance, you do not purchase the policy.
People are sold ideas on what beliefs they should hold and what actions they should take based upon these beliefs.
Preachers, evangelists, and preachers will try to sell their doctrines to you. I am trying to convince you to continue reading this article to the end.
What are my most recent achievements?
This is the deal
Selling can be a valuable skill that will help you reach your goals.
Selling is a valuable skill. This skill is not something most people learn.
Grant Cardone recommends the following great exercise in his book, "Sell or Be Sold."
List every role in your life. This example might be useful:
Next, create another list with all of the items. Next, make another list of all the items on the list. This will show you how important selling is for your everyday life and not just your job.
Dedication and training = Success
Many people struggle with undervaluing their talents and overvaluing others. Take a look at a salesperson or vet, and you'll see:
"They must have been born salesmen. I wouldn't be able to do what they do!" "
These people see people like these and believe they are magicians, superhumans, or hypnotists. They see themselves as a problem-ridden, mediocre nobody who can't even boil the water.
There is no other way to describe reality. Anyone can reach greatness if they want.
People who have great success are those who solve problems and work hard.
To achieve the greatness it is important to be a professional.
Amateurs must quit looking at greats as if they are "those people". They should not be treated any differently than everyone else.
People don't rise to the top thinking happy thoughts or sprinkle fairy powder. It is possible to achieve your goals by realizing that you have no control over others.
It is essential to eat, drink and sleep every day if you are going to become a great salesperson.
- Listen to audio- and podcast-selling techniques during your commute
- Track all sales interactions with customers
- List all problems customers are having and describe how you plan to address them.
- Record all calls
- Role-play with coworkers. You can also video them.
- Practice while you eat lunch.
- Don't take too many coffee breaks
- Don't blame your customers and the economy for poor outcomes
Take responsibility
It's not your fault, it's their fault. Take responsibility.
Although it may seem harsh, you can feel some relief when your actions are taken into account. You are in control.
You must take 100% responsibility for your actions before you can fully commit.
You don't want your problem to go away.
Take every moment to review your notes and recordings. You'll start to see patterns. You will be criticized by customers and they will react accordingly.
A keen eye for detail and an impartial emotion will allow you to predict how customers will react to you.
Do not be afraid to make phone calls and take massive action. You must overcome call resistance and build your pipeline with new business.
You will increase your confidence and that of your customers if you are able to respond quickly to product objections or hesitancy. This will enable you to close more sales and make more money.
This step is crucial in your journey to becoming a professional. Without this knowledge, you won't know how to anticipate the behavior of customers and will have no idea of the sales process.
No matter what you do in sales, you'll be blind.
Take Massive Action
What happens when you place a pebble into a pond?
This creates ripple effects. What happens if you continue to pound on the lake with mortar round and mortar deck?
Everyone from all walks of life comes to see your work
The concept behind "Massive Action" is quite obvious. Massive actions are key to solving any problem and achieving all goals.
Don't do so much work that your brain will be a total loss.
You can do it!
When faced with a task, there are only three options:
- The right action
- The wrong act
- There are no actions
The worst of them all is to not take action. This means you won't see any results.
What do you consider to be the worst?
It was obvious.
Massive action is the fourth. However, very few people think about it. To put it another way, determine how difficult a task is and multiply that number by 10.
More action = better results
It is possible to take massive action if you focus on positive actions in a positive direction. You will find that you have too many clients and not enough.
This is a huge problem!
Your efforts will be an inspiration to others.
You're in the people business
To be a successful salesperson, you must get to know your customer. People want to feel good and will purchase products that make them feel good.
Understanding people is the best way to understand a product.
To that, you can add:
Even though they know that they are being sold, they still like to feel good.
While you may think you are selling a product to the customer, it is actually more like you're selling a product to them.
What's the difference?
This means that the product is always available. However, customers might not be around. It's unlikely that your product will sell.
Your customer shouldn't just say hello while you are speaking with them. Instead, they should see through your sales pitch.
I have a suggestion for you: Get to know your customers better than your products. Customers don't care what you know unless you care how much.
Always agree with your customer
However, this doesn't mean the customer is always right. Salespeople know that customers can sometimes be wrong.
This is bad!
It's almost impossible not to get a sale.
As you can see, your customer should always be in agreement with your company, even if they don't like your product or service.
It's not manipulative to reach an agreement with customers. It is showing that you listen and care about what they need.
Let's say they don't like your product and have read negative reviews. If they do, it's not fair for them to claim that they're right and that all the reviews prove it.
You can also try this:
One could even say that you understand your feelings regarding these reviews. Let me be truthful, I feel the exact same way. But, let me tell you these statistics. "
Now that you have said you agree with them, you can point them to a different way of thinking. Now it's time to make a sale and build strong customer relationships.
Lead Generation and Sales
The strategies and tactics that Grant Cardone reveals in his books are incredible. You need a vehicle to focus your efforts.
What should I do?
It was seven years ago when Grant Cardone introduced me to affiliate marketing. After struggling for months to make affiliate marketing a profitable business, I decided that it was not for me.
I have taken so many courses on Digital Marketing that I could easily sell my own course.
Then I found Lead Generation.
It was perfect!
This would take me where I wanted to be.
Lead Generation or more specifically Local Lead Generation is the concept of creating small websites to bring customers to service and renting them out to local businesses at an affordable monthly rate.
15 websites generate an average of $750 per month.
15 x $750 = $11,250
It took six months of dedication, hard work, perseverance, and dedication. It was worth it. For Lead Generation and Grant Cardone, I am grateful.
I'm on track to create 50 more websites.
