Saivian Review - What is Saivian?
Saivian is a multi-level marketing firm that offers a cash-back incentive. All purchases at commercial retailers such as Target, Starbucks, and Walmart will earn members 20% back.
The MLM also offers an affiliate program via its referral program. It is more of a recruitment program.
Saivian's website domain is located in Arizona, USA, seems to have been registered on October 30, 2015. However, the domain registration is set to private.
John Sheehan and Steve Gewecke were the founders of Saivian. Eric Dalius and Kevin Marino are also involved.
This is information about the founders and their marketing partners.
I have already explained that it seems like the organization has stopped operations. This message was posted on the website:
Saivian had stopped all business transactions in the United States before October 2017. They were labeled a Ponzi scheme in August 2017.
They may have offered refunds to members, but it isn't clear if they gave them any commissions or refunds after the company was closed. This assertion can only be relied upon on their official website.
Maybe they moved to SaiviWORLD.SG, where refunds and unpaid Commissions can be processed.
Quick Google searches revealed that the exact same program for cash-back is still available on SaiviWorld’s Facebook Page.
The website was last updated in 2018. SaiviWorld seems to be still accessible via a mobile app.
The Saivian Products Line
Saivian lets you earn cashback on your purchases and travels.
Saivian does not distribute physical items, so there is no inventory.
Instead, your efforts should be devoted to recruiting new members. We need to promote and sell the affiliate membership program.
Are Their Products Successful?
Saivian does not sell physical products.
Members are directed to Saivian’s Affiliate Program after registering. This is an eCommerce marketplace that is third-party owned and operated.
The problem is that it is not linked to the MLM incentive Saivian promotes.
Saivian Membership Fees
Membership fees are not cheap, as these fees are the way that the company generates profit even though there is no physical product.
Saivian membership costs are $125 for 28 days. I think that $1625, 13x $125 is too much to pay for a discount credit card membership.
Saivian will give you $250 cashback for every 28-day period. To receive $250 cashback, you'd need to pay five times as much for the maximum 20% cashback.
If you have your Saivian card, this works out to $1250.
It's quite interesting! In the first and second months, you won't receive your $250 back. However, you will get your $250 back in the third month!
What's the problem?
You will need to invest $1250 to receive 20% cashback (the equivalent of $250 cash back). The cashback will be processed by the employees within 30 days. You have a window of 3 months.
They will continue to be paid the $125 monthly subscription fee. You can use this amount to receive a $250 net cashback.
This figure does not include the $1,250 required sales to be eligible for $250 cashback.
You can see the problem in these numbers.
This is not a good way to make money. Spending is not the same as making money.
How to make money with Saivian?

Two ways you can make money with Saivian:
- Cashback for travel and shopping transactions
- Recruitment of new members to their scheme to earn a regular commission payment.
Network marketing is a complex business model.
Check out our Top 5 Reasons Network Marketers Fail.
Now, don't get me wrong...
You can certainly make money with Network Marketing, but if you're gonna put in the amount of grueling work into this business (which, trust me, isn't easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you're learning the ropes.
Get Started With Saivian
Saivian charges a $125 per month subscription fee.
This monthly payment is charged automatically to your credit card each 28-days. Each year, you will be charged 13 times.
It might appear that $125 per 28 days is quite reasonable. You'll get a cashback benefit of up to $250 every 28-days.
The $250 cashback will take a while to reach you.
Saivian Compensation Program
Saivian's incentive program now uses a uni-level structure for compensation, with affiliates being divided into different teams.
Each team begins with one affiliate at the top. This affiliate recruits new Saivian employees.
These recruits will begin at level 1. Level 2 is filled by new recruits once level 1 recruits start recruiting.
The thresholds and levels of an affiliate are almost limitless. An affiliate's commission will be determined by the number of affiliates they add to their downline.
Once you have recruited at least three people, you'll receive a commission payment. Then you can work your way up.
Your profit is dependent on how many recruits you have as well as the number and quality of your affiliates.
Saivian does not offer a traditional cash-back program. Instead, it offers MLMs where you can make the most of your income by recruiting.
It works in a similar fashion to a pyramid scheme. The main focus is on recruitment and not sales of products.
Pros
It's great to have cashback for shopping, eating, and traveling.
Although the idea of generating ROI by simply recruiting people is appealing, it will not be fun if the focus becomes all about marketing the program.
This program would also steal your capital.
Cons
Get cashback for a long-term
It takes time to get cashback in Saivian, as I have repeatedly stated.
Saivian employees would need to wait 30 days for the receipts. It would then take 30 days for the receipts to be approved and 30 days for the money to be processed back in the back office.
It's amazing how long it takes to do this, especially in today's digital age.
Worse, you won't receive any cashback. The company was eventually shut down after this happened.
Leaders Forsaking
John Sheehan, Kevin Marino, and others founded Saivian. But they left Saivian.
Eric J Dalius, also known as E.J. Dalius, was one of the silent associates and founders of the company. John Sheehan was his successor as President. However, there were still lawsuits against the company.
Referral system - not really earning!
It took 90 days for shopping orders to be processed by the cashback program, which was flawed. It was also difficult to make enough money from Saivian through affiliate commissions.
You are probably spending more than you make. Consider the $125 monthly cost you'd need to maintain your lifestyle.
It is impossible to find their income disclosure statement online. Because no one is making a substantial income, they probably chose to conceal it.
It's likely that there wasn't an affiliate who made any money.
Is Saivian A Pyramid Scheme?
In this case, I would answer yes and no.
This is not a pyramid scheme because of the difficulties in marketing the subscription product to clients and maintaining customers paying the $125 per month rate.
MLM programs like MyEcon or Norwex offer a way to increase income.
You can build a successful and profitable business using [course types]. There are many other ways to build your company than [courses span].
This is a different approach to network marketing because it shows actual proof of success by people who were there only a few days ago.
Saivian Review: Is Saivian a Scam? Savian and Eric J Dalius as a Ponzi Scheme
This is an easy question. These words were spoken by the company and can be found on their website.
This company could not be legally registered.
Saivian is definitely not a Ponzi Scheme.
Would You Pay $2 to Get $1 Back That's exactly how Saivian works?
The SEC filed a lawsuit in November 2018 against Eric J Dalius and Saivian, who were alleged to have run the system for two years. According to the complaint by regulators, Saivian was a Ponzi scheme worth 165+ million dollars!
This opportunity is not yours to lose. Many legitimate online business opportunities exist.
eMoney Kings is the #1 Recommendation to Make Money Online in 2022

The program was praised by our review team!
It is digital, but it's not real estate.
Saivian's weak point is in its scalability.
Time is limited and there are only so many people you can reach.
MLM companies get this. MLM companies will encourage you to recruit other people for your downline. It's not possible to make it big if you are a one-man/woman business.
Imagine making more money with your local websites. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on high-end products or spend a lot of time finding people who will work under your brand.
You can make a regular monthly income with this digital real estate program, even if your friends and recruits don't buy as often.
Is it too good to be true?
Yes, it does!
However, it's not. Many business owners wish they could have this skill.
It is easy to build and rank your local website and then forward the jobs on to business owners.
This applies to any service-based business like tree service, plumbing, or towing.
How can you get paid the most?
The concept is simple: once you send the jobs to a business owner and he makes money, you can ask for mutual benefits.
A fair price per lead, depending on the industry is between 10-20 %... Let's use the tree service industry to illustrate the worst-case scenario.
Let's say you rank the site and receive only 10 jobs per year. Tree service jobs range from $500 to $2000.
You should have at most $500 in assets per month!
It is digital real estate. This refers to a rent payment.
Scaling is simple. No worries:
Just like with Saivian you get only what you pay if your monthly quota has been met.
Take the course we recommend to get massive FLAT RATE DEALS. This passive income is really amazing!
This program will help you make money online.
Find out the importance of keywords, website names, how you can send emails notifications to your calls, backlinking, and other details.
Once the training program has been completed, you will be able to access a Facebook Group we believe is better than the Saivian.
Saivian is $10 per sale but could fetch you 10-20X that amount.
Businesses will always require more leads and jobs. They see it as it really is and is constantly expanding their digital property.
Many people can leave their 9-5 jobs, like Saivian's.
While passive income can be earned from digital reality, most of your time will be spent with friends and not selling.
There are likely many questions.
