Is this seminar worth it?

The real Estate Wealth Expo will also be evaluated to see if it's the best real estate conference.

Let's talk about whether real estate is right for you.

I will answer all your questions regarding the Real Estate Wealth Expo and real estate in general.

Real Estate Wealth Expo Reviews

Every workshop followed a similar format. The speaker will tell a story about their childhood, and how it led to them getting there.

After they have made an investment in property, they will be able to show off their luxurious lifestyle

The speaker will convince you that money and education are not necessary. They will repeat slogans like "Say yes if You Want!" They'll repeat hype words like "say yes if you want!"

These were the main takeaways from speakers.

Brian Allen On Real Estate Flipping And Funding

Conventional Real Estate Investing Entails:

Visit Zillow/Realtor/Trulia for offers and go to the bank.

Before you can start, you must have pre-approval. This process takes approximately thirty days.

  • A minimum 700 credit score is required.
  • 20% down payment required.
  • Search for distressed properties at wholesale prices.
  • Find out if you are looking to fix and flip or buy and keep.
  • Locate a Buyer.

What's a Tax Lien?

A 1st position lien is imposed on a property for non-payment of taxes.

Tax Lien Model

Example: Property valued at $200,000 FMV (fair Market Value) and subject to $1,800 annual property taxes.

If the owner is unable or unwilling to pay their property taxes, the federal government may place a tax lien on the property.

The county will charge $1,800 to investors. The county will issue a tax lien certificate. If the owner fails to pay the fees by the redemption deadline ($1,800), their property could be forfeited.

To purchase the tax lien, you must wait until the redemption period.

The redemption period depends on where the house is located. It can take anywhere from six months up to four years. The homeowner has time to pay the property taxes.
