In my opinion, this is one of the most important steps in a website that generates leads.

If you are unable to rank high in Google for your key keywords, it will be pointless to try to build an R&R website.

My greatest insight was that niches and locations were not difficult to rank but still added value to the business. They would continue paying you a monthly sum for this asset.

Choose a niche

The industry you choose will determine your rank and website's success.

You should look into two types of niches:

These rankings should not be considered as a guideline. Before you make your final ranking, it is worth testing a few more.

Choose a location

Select a town/city with a population of between 100k-300k.

This will allow you to rank your site faster and in the top search results because the competition is low.

Website CMS (Content Management System)

I'm a 100% WordPress web developer. This is why I create only rank-and-rent websites using WordPress.

WordPress is my favorite CMS (Content Management System). You have many options. But it is not the only one.

Nearly all platforms have responsive design. Your customers will have an amazing experience.

It comes down to what is comfortable for you and what works best for you.

Website Content

Because I have been creating rank and rent websites for many decades, I am familiar with them. This is where I found the most designers fail me.

You must have high-quality website content that reflects the business you are promoting. DO NOT CRUT CORNERS

Your website should be an authority website and not a churning website.

Your ranking pages should have 1000 words (your main keywords). You should also think about how to rank for variations of those keywords.

The foundation for SEO must be laid on a website. Here's a list of what you should do.

Let's say you submitted your website to Google Webmaster.

Search engines will index your website. It is now time to help Google rank your website.

Press Release

After I submit my website through Google Webmaster seven days later, I will request a release. It will be sent out to around 450 news and media sites. Many will include a link back to your website.

The PR should have the same content as your RR website. A link should be included in the PR that links back to your website via branded anchor text (Craig Riley) or naked URLs (craigriley.org).

Social Signals

SEO is all about social networking. Social sharing is important if you have a website.

Social signals can be ordered to be drip-fed for a period of 30 days.

Web 2.0 Sites

These Web 2.0 websites do not add link juice to your website, but are designed to optimize your key keywords.

These Web 2.0's should revolve around your topic and your locality. Your main keywords should be included in your anchor text, but they shouldn't be the only ones.

You should publish at least two pieces of content each week on your website.

You should switch between the content and your niche or location.

Niche content: These pages should provide value for your readers and should be in support of your main ranking pages.

Content about location: This will prove to Google that you are a leader in your geo-location.

PBN Link Building

Private Blog Networks (PBNs), a network of trusted websites that link to your money sites, are a way to increase your search engine rankings.

These links can power up your website and help it rank at the top of search engines for key keywords.

You can order links using your key keywords, eg "London plumber".

Your keyword can only be used once It should be relevant to the niche. This will allow you to rank highly for these keywords and give you the most power and link juice.

You can rent your website.

Your keywords have been ranked #1 on Google.

Now it is time to monitor the activities of your websites and rent out your website to a local business.

Tracking is a must from the beginning of your R&R campaign. This will make it easier to rent the asset faster as you will have sats and call numbers, as well email addresses.
