- 1 to 2 TBSP (15-30mL) Seasoning mix or Rub
- 1 teaspoon (5mL), quick-rising yeast
- 1 tsp (5mL) salt

- 3 Tbsp. (45mL), olive oil or canola, sliced (see Cook's Tip).
Directions
- Combine flour, seasoning mix, and yeast in a large Bamboo Fiber Bowl. Add 2 tbsp (30mL), oil to the mixture. Mix until the dough is well combined. It will be slightly sticky.
- Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 6-10 hrs or until it doubles in size.
- Brush Deep Covered Baker using Chef's Silicone Basting brush.
- Sprinkle flour on top of the dough. Fold the dough over three to four more times.
- Microwave 2 cups 500 mL water in Small Batter Bowl on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until it boils
- Then, place the covered baker in a warm oven. Next, place the batter bowl in a warm oven.
- To prevent the dough from burping, carefully take the baking sheet out of the oven. Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake the bread for 30 minutes. Cover the pan with a foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- You should remove the baker from the oven. Allow to cool for at most 20 minutes.
