The Clout website lures you into the program through the $25 you get upon signing up with them, which is probably the one thing that causes a lot of people to sign up without first doing some research or reading reviews online about it.
CloutPay is more than just a paycheck.

CloutPay is as money-grubbing and shady as these schemes, so it's not surprising that they have similar website structures. However, CloutPay website owners would like you to think they are different.
Clout is able to fool people into joining their program. If they are exposed, they can change the Clout website name and content. They will then be back in business within a matter of minutes.
$25 Sign Up Fee is a Red Flag
CloutPay's $25 sign-up bonus is a red flag.
Don't sign up if you don't know what to do!
Think about it. Imagine 100,000 members equaling a $2.5million payout. Clout needs to earn more in order for the members to be sustained and maintained.
They offer only $25 to make your site more attractive and convince you that this is a good deal.
You will receive a referral link upon signing up. Clout will ask you to place these referral links online.

Everyone can now agree that CloutPay is a fraud, even the testimonials that you'll find online. People are angry that they don't get paid.
You would be willing to review the site and leave a negative review if you didn't get paid for what you were promised.

I tried to reach out to customer service, but no one answered. This is probably because they don't have any.
To prove it even further, after clicking on the Contact Us button, you will be taken to a nonresponsive page which displays "Not Found".
Do you need more proof? They have no social media icons on their websites.
These should all give you an idea of how fraudulent CloutPay is.
It's dangerous! You should warn your friends!
Clout Pay Review: What to do if you have already joined CloutPay?
Here is where things can get worse.
CloutPay may have already obtained your financial and personal information and sold it to third parties.
You can block spammers or unsubscribe from their emails if you receive promotional emails. If that doesn't work, you can change your email address.
The worst situation that people could find themselves in is when scammers try to hack into your PayPal account and steal funds. Change your PayPal password immediately if you use the same email address and password as PayPal.

It's not possible to declare it a fraud but it checks a lot.
